Terms and Conditions
The rules for using this site and buying the P3Hpro.
Effective date: October 26, 2026
These terms apply to your use of getprowise.com and your purchases from ProWise Innovative, LLC ("ProWise," "we," "us"). By placing an order or using the site you agree to them.
Orders and pricing
- All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies.
- Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
- An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the lower 48 United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or outside the United States.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card is charged when you place your order. We never see or store your full card number.
Shipping and delivery
We ship from San Antonio, Texas. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Orders ship within 5 business days. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you gave us. Please check your address carefully, because we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.
Returns and refunds
Our Returns page (getprowise.com/returns/) is part of these terms. In short:
- Damaged or defective items: emailconnectwithus@getprowise.comwith your order number and photos, and we will make it right.
- Change of mind: unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Email us with your order number to start a return. You pay to ship the item back to us, and the original shipping charge is not refunded.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Using the product
The P3Hpro™ Project Platform is an accessory for portable step ladders. It is not a ladder and not a step. Use it only as described in the instructions included in the box and the markings on the product, which include its 15 lb weight limit. You are responsible for choosing a ladder that is suitable for your task and in good condition, and for using both the ladder and the product safely.
Warranty
Except for any rights that cannot be waived under law, the product and the site are provided "as is," and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ProWise and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the site or any products or services, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ProWise's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the site, products, or services shall not exceed the amount you paid to ProWise for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Intellectual property
ProWise™ and P3Hpro™ are trademarks of ProWise Innovative, LLC. The site's text, photos, videos and design belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
Using the site
Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it or access it without authorization, or submit false information. We may suspend access for anyone who does.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy (getprowise.com/privacy-policy/) explains how we handle your information.
Governing law and venue
These terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms, the site, or any products or services provided by ProWise shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Except where applicable law provides otherwise, you agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Nothing in this section limits any rights that applicable law grants to consumers.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
