Privacy Policy
How we collect, use and protect your information.

ProWise Innovative, LLC ("ProWise," "we," "us") sells the P3Hpro™ Project Platform at getprowise.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site, place an order or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Orders: your name, email address, phone number (if you give one), billing address, shipping address and the items you order.
- Payment: you pay through Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We receive confirmation of payment, the card brand and the last four digits.
- Contact form and email: your name, email address and whatever you write to us.
- Account: if you create an account, your name, email address and password (stored in encrypted form).
Information collected automatically
- Your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you view.
- Cookies that make the cart and checkout work, and that record how you arrived at our site (see "Cookies" below).
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your order, including sending order confirmations and shipping updates.
- To calculate sales tax and shipping.
- To answer your questions and handle returns.
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
- To meet tax, accounting and legal requirements.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We share only what each provider needs to do its job:
- Stripe processes payments and helps detect fraud. Seestripe.com/privacy.
- Automattic (WordPress.com / WooCommerce) receives your shipping address and order total so sales tax can be calculated. Seeautomattic.com/privacy.
- The United States Postal Service (USPS) receives your name, address and phone number to deliver your order.
- Hostinger hosts the website and the data it stores.
- Google (Google Workspace) hosts our email, so messages you send us are stored there.
- Google Fonts may deliver the site's typefaces, which means your browser contacts Google when pages load.
- Professional advisers and authorities (accountants, lawyers, tax and law enforcement authorities) when required by law or to protect our rights.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar storage for:
- Essential: keeping items in your cart, signing you in and completing checkout.
- Order attribution: WooCommerce records which page or ad brought you to the site, so we can see what is working. This is stored with your order.
- Preferences: remembering choices such as pausing motion on the site.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The cart and checkout will not work without the essential ones.
How long we keep it
We keep order and tax records for four years, or longer where the law requires, for business and tax purposes. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for our records. You can ask us to delete other information (see below).
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, except where we must keep it by law (for example, order records). Email connectwithus@getprowise.com and we will respond within 45 days. If you live in a state with a consumer privacy law, you may have additional rights, and we will honor them where they apply.
Security
We use HTTPS on the whole site, payments are handled by Stripe, and access to our store data is limited. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Where we operate
We sell and ship to addresses in the lower 48 United States only. Information is processed and stored in the United States.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
